Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $22/hour paid in DAO Token: 2 $TIDOL = 2 $IDOL
Hours/ Month: 50-100
Duration: 6 months: 3 months to the Beta Version 25 November + 3 months to Public release
Start: as early as possible

Role Overview:
As the Social Media Manager for WeedoVerse, a dynamic Metaverse project, and WeedoFarm, an exciting play-to-earn game, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage and grow our vibrant community on Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, LinkedIn, Etc… You will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, fostering positive user experiences, and promoting our projects to a wide audience. If you are passionate about cryptocurrencies, and blockchain gaming, and have a knack for community management, this is the perfect opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in the emerging world of Web3. 

Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm, with a primary focus on Discord and Twitter. 
Manage and moderate community interactions, conversations, and engagement on Discord, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. 
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, posts, and videos, to share updates, news, and events with the community. 
Actively engage with the community, responding to questions, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and contests across various social media platforms. 
Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for growth, and provide insights and recommendations to improve community engagement and reach. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of community initiatives. 
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and community advocates to expand brand awareness and reach. 
Track and analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 
Stay up to date with the latest social media platforms, trends, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies. 

Qualifications: 
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Twitter and Discord community management. 
Deep understanding and passion for everything Web3 and Metaverse. 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and on-brand content. 
Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Discord bots for effective community management. 
Experience in creating and implementing successful social media strategies, driving community growth, and fostering engagement. 
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks on hand.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and an ability to create visually appealing content. 
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a diverse community, including resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations. 
Basic understanding of game development and familiarity with play-to-earn gaming models is a plus. 
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to achieving results.
