Role Description: Fullstack/Blockchain Developer
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $55/hour paid in DAO Token: 5 $TIDOL = 5 $IDOL
Hours/ Month: 50-100
Duration: 6 months: 3 months to the Beta Version 25 November + 3 months to Public release
Start: as early as possible

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy Polygon blockchain-based applications and smart contracts within the WeedoVerse ecosystem.
Implement front-end interfaces and user experiences to enhance user interaction and engagement within the Metaverse.
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient back-end systems and APIs to support the growing user base and various features of WeedoVerse.
Contribute to the design and architecture of decentralized systems and protocols that facilitate transactions, ownership, and governance within the Metaverse.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related areas to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the overall quality and reliability of the WeedoVerse platform.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in fullstack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Javascript).
Solid experience with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts (Solidity), and decentralized applications (dApps).
Familiarity with Web3.js or similar libraries to interact with blockchain networks and smart contracts.
Proficient in implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of cryptography, secure coding practices, and decentralized identity protocols (e.g., Ethereum Name Service, uPort, or Civic).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and scaling applications.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for contributing to a cutting-edge Metaverse or/ and play to earn project.

Qualifications:
Experience with Metaverse and P2E game development and integration.
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and concepts.
Knowledge of other blockchain platforms, such as Immutable for the Play to Earn part
