Hourly Rate: $22/hour paid in DAO Token: 2 $TIDOL = 2 $IDOL
Hours/ Month: 50-100
Duration: 6 months: 3 months to the Beta Version 25 November + 3 months to Public release
Start: as early as possible

We are seeking a talented Communications Manager to join our team and help shape the communication strategy for both WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm. 

Role Summary:
As the Communication Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth for WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, managing public relations activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with the community, media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively promote WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals and objectives. 
Create engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and press releases, to communicate key messages and updates to the community and target audiences. 
Manage and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry experts to secure coverage, interviews, and partnerships to increase brand exposure and drive user acquisition. 
Coordinate and oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, collaborating with internal teams or external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. 
Monitor and analyze communication efforts and community feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary. 
Act as a spokesperson for the company, conducting media interviews, participating in industry events, and representing WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm to external audiences. 
Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, such as AMA (Ask-Me-Anything) sessions, contests, events, and online/offline meetups, to foster a vibrant and loyal user community. 
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align communication efforts with marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant news, and provide insights and recommendations for integrating new communication approaches to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving metaverse landscape. 

Qualifications: 
Experience and skill in communications, marketing, public relations, or other related fields. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. 
Experience in managing public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. 
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the play-to-earn gaming industry is highly desirable. 
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community members. 
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks on hand.
Creative mindset and a passion for emerging technologies including the metaverse. 
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
