Duration: 6 month: 3 months until the Beta Version 25 November + 3 month to Public release

Job Description:
WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm are innovative projects within the emerging metaverse and play-to-earn gaming industry. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Leader to foster a vibrant and engaged community on Discord. As a Community Leader, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing a supportive and enthusiastic community around WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm, driving engagement, and facilitating meaningful interactions among community members.

Responsibilities: 
Community Engagement: Take ownership of the Discord community, actively engaging with community members, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep the community informed about project updates, events, and important announcements.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content such as blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and video content to keep the community engaged and excited.
Moderation: Maintain a respectful and safe community space by enforcing community guidelines, addressing any concerns or conflicts, and moderating discussions to ensure a positive user experience.
Events and Initiatives: Plan and execute community events, AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, competitions, giveaways, and other initiatives to drive community participation and foster a sense of belonging.
Feedback and Insights: Act as the voice of the community within the project team, gathering feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community and providing valuable input to improve the overall user experience.
Support: Provide timely and helpful assistance to community members, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating technical or operational problems when necessary.
Community Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for community growth, including outreach efforts, partnerships, and referral programs.

Requirements: 
Passion for Metaverse and Play-to-Earn Gaming: A deep interest in and knowledge of the metaverse concept and play-to-earn gaming ecosystem.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Community Management Experience: Proven experience in managing online communities, preferably in the gaming or Web3 industry, with a track record of fostering engagement and building positive relationships.
Familiarity with Discord: Proficiency in Discord and its various features, such as roles, channels, bots, moderation tools, and integrations.
Empathy and Conflict Resolution: Ability to empathize with community members, resolve conflicts, and diffuse potentially contentious situations in a professional and respectful manner.
Creativity and Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging and informative content, including written articles, social media posts, videos, or live streams, to captivate and educate the community.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude, adaptability to changing circumstances, and strong problem-solving skills to address community issues and provide timely solutions.
Availability and Responsiveness: Willingness to be actively present in the Discord community, ensuring timely responses and support to community members across different time zones.
