Duration: 6 months: 3 months to the Beta Version 25 November + 3 months to Public release

Role Summary:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm, you will be the driving force behind the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our projects. You will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and immersive experience for users, leveraging the power of AI and emerging technologies to bring our virtual universe and play-to-earn game to life.

Responsibilities:
Technical Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with the long-term vision of WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm. Identify key technologies, frameworks, and platforms to enhance user experience, scalability, and overall performance.

AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI technologies throughout the Metaverse and play-to-earn game. Implement AI-driven features that enhance interactivity, generate dynamic content, and optimize gameplay mechanics.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a skilled team of developers and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth within the technical team.

Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.

Technical Architecture: Design a robust and scalable technical architecture to accommodate the ever-expanding WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm user base. Anticipate and address potential challenges related to performance, security, and user experience.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and product managers, to create a unified and captivating experience for users.

Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the fields of AI, blockchain, gaming, and virtual reality. Integrate new insights and innovations into the projects when appropriate.

Security and Privacy: Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience within WeedoVerse and WeedoFarm.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as a technical leader in the gaming, virtual reality, or AI industry. Previous involvement in developing large-scale virtual worlds or play-to-earn games is highly desirable.

AI Expertise: Strong background in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Experience with AI integration in gaming environments is a significant advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C++, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine and blockchain technologies is a plus.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing technical strategies, anticipating future needs, and aligning technology with business objectives.

Creativity and Vision: A visionary mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative concepts to life.

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Passion for Gaming and AI: A genuine passion for gaming and AI technology, with a strong interest in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the Metaverse.

IMPORTANT: All job offers will be paid in $TIDOL DAO Token , Each WeedoTeam Member will be able to claim up to 50% of their earn token in cash at the Project Public Launch in March 2024. The rest of your $TIDOL will be swapped into $IDOL and distributed through time as mentioned in the tokenomics in the vesting period area.
